Patients seem to really like doing their paperwork at home at their leisure. It saves us time at check-in and lessens our hard-copy paperwork. It's a win-win for both the office and the patients!
We were skeptical at first, thinking that an automated check in and intake was superfluous (after all, that was our job, right?) Wow! Were we wrong! Not only does this save us time , our patients love it. Before we decided to give it a try, many of our younger patients were almost demanding it. The Arintra team is simply the best and they are very responsive to our requests. It is very affordable too! We are a busy ob/gyn office and this has been very helpful for us.
Arintra is very easy and simple. It helps the Nurses and Doctors with less questions so when the doctor comes in to see the patient he is already aware of everything goin on so it helps save time.

Arintra has definitely made things better on having a better overview on our patients health concerns before coming in. Patients are able to fill out the form before each visit and inform us exactly what medications they are taking and if they are running low on medication. That way in case the patient forgets to let the doctor know on their visit, it is noted on Arintra. As well us letting the patients write down not just the main reason why they are seeing the doctor but they are able to let us know if there is any other health concerns they have. It really helps our doctors know what they need to prepare for before they see the patient. Also Nitesh and his team are always quick to respond if we have any questions and issues. They are quick to resolve the issues.

Arintra has been a game changer for us. We were fairly nimble when COVID hit and were able to move to a hybrid in clinic/telemedicine practice but we were still burdened by the intake flow and paperwork for busy primary care practice. There was no easy way to update insurance electronically or to have release of informations and consents signed without copious printing and interacting with patient at front desk. We were working in a virtual world and trying to mitigate the front desk exposure to COVID yet we had no way to seamlessly integrate paperwork and necessary health information during intake. But then we started with Arintra and the intake, history taking and insurance update are so smooth. The HPI and ROS are uploaded automatically from patient intake; and history and medications are easily reconciled. It has eliminated the extra hours of providers&#39; charting. It has eliminated insurance errors. Our transcribing MA spends less time transcribing and can now be more involved in patient care. The front desk loves it because forms are signed and demographics updated before patients step foot in clinic. All roles in the clinic appreciate Arintra because it reduces burdensome tasks daily and gives us vital information from the patient. The adoption rate by patients has been high, even more mature patients have been compliant because no apps are required and most patients are able to complete intake by text. For those who are tech challenged, we use an Ipad in clinic. The onboarding and support are very well done. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. We are extremely pleased with this partner.
The program works very smooth, very easy for patients, no more portal issues. It is smooth transition into Athena chart and easy for the providers. This has truly saved all of our staff time, from front desk check in to provider documentation. We provided our workflow and forms and they took it from there to make a seemless transition to virtually no paper in our clinic at all. We are extremely happy with their services! And the owners/staff are absolutely wonderful to work with!

The experience working with Arintra has been amazing! They are great at listening to what we as a practice are wanting from them to better assist our patients.
