Data storage and retention
Your personal data is stored by Arintra on its servers, and on the servers of the cloud-based database management services that Arintra engages, located in the United States. We retain service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with us and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for our own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with our services. We retain prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from our systems. All personal data that we control may be deleted upon verified request from individuals or their authorized agents. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Children’s data
We do not knowingly collect or solicit or receive personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
